Roque Jerold didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Ibañez got free with Cecilio Dalmau in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adolfo Ibañez struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Cecilio Dalmau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Cactus. Cecilio Dalmau was a little too slow when Higinio Firme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Faustino Enol managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Cactus's supporters rose to their feet, but Faustino Enol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Dalmau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, Aaron Hermon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cecilio Dalmau, 2-0. Ladislao Dalmu charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ladislao Dalmu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ladislao Dalmu hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Bernardino Su dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cecilio Dalmau, 3-0. Faustino Enol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Dalmau having to interfere. Faustino Enol scored 4-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cecilio Dalmau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernardino Su recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Faustino Enol made a precise shot to the right of Cecilio Dalmau. Libertador Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After 40 minutes, Bernardino Su mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Cactus and the Libertador Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes FC Cactus got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Su. If Faustino Enol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Enol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Dalmau having to interfere. Cecilio Dalmau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernardino Su showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 46 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Higinio Firme made a kick off. Cecilio Dalmau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Enol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Faustino Enol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cecilio Dalmau was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Faustino Enol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Dalmau having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Bernardino Su ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cecilio Dalmau was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Cecilio Dalmau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Firme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Firme struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Cecilio Dalmau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Cactus. 74 minutes into the match, Filomeno Romano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cecilio Dalmau. Libertador Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filomeno Romano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Higinio Firme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Higinio Firme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, FC Cactus's Matias Martinez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Dalmau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute FC Cactus were awarded a corner. Adolfo Ibañez went to the cornerflag to take it. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Igor Blasi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Cactus's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Blasi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Dalmau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dionisio Abeita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Sabino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Cactus's Higinio Firme got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that FC Cactus were the better team. FC Cactus's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
