Pastor Dolcet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Rolando Vitin might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerardo Beturian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Vitin ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Steve Madden getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Benito Chap hit a great ball. Gerardo Beturian made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Benito Chap sent off a good shot on target. Amador Cordera was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 23 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in CALLE 46 F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! The supporters of Steve Madden booed when CALLE 46 F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Enaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Beturian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Chesus's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Gerardo Beturian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Chap in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Carlos Barea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florentino Chesus made a kick off. Leopoldo Enaut took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Dolcet. Pastor Dolcet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Leopoldo Enaut might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pastor Dolcet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leopoldo Enaut ran back to his position shaking his head. Gerardo Beturian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Chap in the 61st minute of the match. Florentino Chesus succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. Danilo Orland hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Florentino Chesus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Steve Madden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Benito Chap scored 5-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerardo Beturian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gerardo Beturian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Chesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Steve Madden's zone, Leopoldo Enaut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pastor Dolcet came out of the goal and Leopoldo Enaut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerardo Beturian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Chap in the 84th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florentino Chesus in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerardo Beturian saved CALLE 46 F.C from getting behind.
