The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Federico Cugat made the kick off in the second half. 钱兴海 might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amador Chap. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 钱兴海 ran back to his position shaking his head. The Real Madrid fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Chap should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that 钱兴海's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amador Chap was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. When Ladislao Endira came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Radio-Activo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Endira couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Radio-Activo had played much better football throughout.
