Claudio Misael charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudio Misael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Misael to maneuver through the defense. Evaristo Gipuzkoa took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteve Beliran. Esteve Beliran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Gipuzkoa in the 18th minute of play forced Ñorquinco AFC's goalkeeper Esteve Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rene Cordarryl fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ñorquinco AFC's protests and gave Rene Cordarryl a yellow card for diving instead. Celestino Cefero scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteve Beliran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaspar Cuarto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filomeno Urtun having to make a save. Edgardo Gomez lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Belgrano fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! In the 35th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Socorro to maneuver through the defense. Julian Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Esteve Beliran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Ñorquinco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Socorro came free, but Esteve Beliran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Belgrano were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Iraitz to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaspar Cuarto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Filomeno Urtun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filomeno Urtun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Cuarto, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 62 minutes of play, Ñorquinco AFC's Eloy Beat made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filomeno Urtun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filomeno Urtun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Libertad in the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Paulino Iraitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Filomeno Urtun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Ñorquinco AFC's Esteve Beliran got control of the ball when Julian Socorro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julian Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramiro Weather kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Belgrano's zone, Rene Cordarryl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Urtun came out of the goal and Rene Cordarryl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Paulino Iraitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Urtun was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When Melchor Bernal fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belgrano's protests and gave Melchor Bernal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ñorquinco AFC booed when Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 99 minutes into the game, Evaristo Gipuzkoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belgrano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ñorquinco AFC the free kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ñorquinco AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Belgrano had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
