Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Melchor Gilesindo started the match with the kick off. Melchor Gilesindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santa Coloma SCF's Benicio Azeari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Gilesindo in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Minusas's goalkeeper Elvio Dabi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeledon Sayveon. Elvio Dabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Elvio Dabi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rogelio Ixidor. Melchor Gilesindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santa Coloma SCF's Armando Vimaro got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santa Coloma SCF's Benicio Azeari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Ubarna in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Minusas got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Reynardo. The long shot by Higinio Bela in the 36th minute really tested Elvio Dabi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Minusas getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gerardo Feliz hit a great ball. If Jonatan Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benicio Emesto was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benicio Emesto in the 56th minute of play forced Minusas's goalkeeper Elvio Dabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Minusas's Elvio Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Emesto in the 57th minute of play. Ciro Misael hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute Victoriano Henric shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Dabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melchor Gilesindo's late challenge caught a Santa Coloma SCF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melchor Gilesindo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th match minute, Minusas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchor Gilesindo to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Lia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benicio Azeari. Santa Coloma SCF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Santa Coloma SCF's Victoriano Henric got a free kick in the 81st minute. Minusas's Gerardo Feliz got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Santa Coloma SCF's goalkeeper Benicio Azeari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Gilesindo. Jonatan Ubarna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Benicio Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Minusas's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Vimaro came free, but Elvio Dabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Niceto Quintin notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Minusas's Elvio Dabi. Elvio Dabi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Jonatan Ubarna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Minusas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
