Leo Herena kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Ernesto Eleder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Fausto Inko made a huge save. Inocencio Donzel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 12 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, El Grande FC's Inocencio Donzel got a free kick in the 12th minute. When Apolo Gauargi fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Pibes FC's protests and gave Apolo Gauargi a yellow card for diving instead. Apolo Gauargi hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The supporters of Los Pibes FC booed when El Grande FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Gabrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, El Grande FC's goalkeeper Fausto Inko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Eleder. In the 22nd minute, Haroldo Sein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Los Pibes FC's Costante Villalcazar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Costante Villalcazar kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. El Grande FC's Fausto Inko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costante Villalcazar in the 34th minute of play. Fausto Inko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Urki went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Fausto Inko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costante Villalcazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Amaya stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Los Pibes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Beltxe to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th match minute, Los Pibes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costante Villalcazar to maneuver through the defense. Despite close surveillance by the defense, Joel Amaya managed to send off a shot that put the ball into the goal to the left of a disappointed goalkeeper. 2-1 in the 66th minute. Fausto Inko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costante Villalcazar in the 75th minute of play. Fausto Inko came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Pibes FC's Ernesto Eleder. But to his dismay, Ernesto Eleder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. El Grande FC's Federico Jaen was substituted for Joel Amaya. El Grande FC's Damian Lidon was substituted for Filipe Cruz. After 84 minutes, Edgardo Urki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Pibes FC and the El Grande FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute Costante Villalcazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Inko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fausto Inko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costante Villalcazar in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Eleder in the 90th minute of play forced El Grande FC's goalkeeper Fausto Inko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Costante Villalcazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Inko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
