Spectators: 7140 (Terracing: 5356, Seating: 1642, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eustaquio Eder kicked off to start the match. In the 10th match minute, Hume AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Beti to maneuver through the defense. If Eustaquio Eder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Celestino Beila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Fonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celestino Beila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26thth minute of the game Celestino Beila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hume AFC's Maximiliano Fonso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hume AFC's zone, Wilfredo Vito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Fonso came out of the goal and Wilfredo Vito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorato Solustiano kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Celestino Beila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Maximiliano Fonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Quico in the 35th minute of play forced Astra's goalkeeper Clodoveo Valentine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Tino scored 1-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clodoveo Valentine, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute, one of Hume AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hume AFC. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Quico to strike the kick off in the second half. When Miguel Quico came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Hume AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Quico couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the game, Melquiades Tino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Clodoveo Valentine was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 70 played minutes Astra got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Vito. Miguel Quico took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clodoveo Valentine. Clodoveo Valentine dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Clodoveo Valentine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Quico in the 81st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Quico in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clodoveo Valentine saved Astra from getting behind. In the 98th minute Miguel Quico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Valentine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hume AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
