In the 6th minute, Desiderio Domiku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Francesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardino Gotzon in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artemio Cordeiro saved CHACARITA JRS from getting behind. After a rather tough play, CHACARITA JRS's Simon Noe got a free kick in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardino Gotzon in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artemio Cordeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Melquiades Francesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute of the match Osvaldo Galeno shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artemio Cordeiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to CHACARITA JRS getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Clemente Ciceron hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes, Deportivo Roca's Melquiades Francesco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Artemio Cordeiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Deportivo Roca reached it. After a defensive mix-up in CHACARITA JRS's zone, Melquiades Francesco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Cordeiro came out of the goal and Melquiades Francesco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Melquiades Francesco struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Artemio Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Roca. In the 60th match minute, Deportivo Roca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Bazkoare to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Rutenio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Domiku, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Bernardino Gotzon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deportivo Roca's attentive Arnulfo Bazkoare managed to snatch the ball when Clemente Ciceron made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. A hard shot 81 in the game by Bernardino Gotzon from a close distance when the talented Artemio Cordeiro managed to make a qualified save. CHACARITA JRS's players were relieved. Arnulfo Bazkoare kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Deportivo Roca's Ciriaco Elazar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Artemio Cordeiro. Artemio Cordeiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2.
