Simon Eneas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Melquiades Blai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Eneas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Blai having to interfere. Miguel Cutberto made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Eulalio Foro sent off a good shot on target. If Vicente Goren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Goren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Cutberto having to interfere. When Ricardo James came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Rumo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo James couldn't finish the play. Miguel Cutberto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sebastian Ubendu. In the 27th minute, Ricardo James got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Jairo Bieito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simon Eneas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Melquiades Blai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 49th minute, Gervasio Fortun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Rumo AFC's Tomás Endira tried to score from far away in the 50th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With an all-out effort, Penca's Melquiades Blai threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Severo Salvino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58th minute, Ramon Frasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Cutberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo James, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benigno Bidun during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benigno Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Vicente Goren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the match, Penca's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo James came free, but Miguel Cutberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Rumo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Salvino came free, but Melquiades Blai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Eneas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Melquiades Blai made a huge save. After 67 played minutes Rumo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Jokin. Melquiades Blai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Salvino in the 68th minute of play. Vicente Goren took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Cutberto. Miguel Cutberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, Penca's Severo Salvino got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Miguel Cutberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo James, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Salvino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Blai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Foro in the 97th minute of play forced Penca's goalkeeper Miguel Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ricardo James had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
