The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dante Peru during the 4th minute. In the 7th match minute, Comallo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Chesus to maneuver through the defense. When Isidro Serapio fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Comallo's Ramiro Mannuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Abaurre in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Comallo getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ignacio Ordono hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Comallo's zone, Cosme Abaurre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Mannuel came out of the goal and Cosme Abaurre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After recieving a nice pass, Comallo's Gonzalo Urtsin tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ramiro Mannuel didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 23rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After 27 played minutes Comallo got a freekick which was hit by Placido Bizen. William Eckegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramiro Mannuel stood somewhat misplaced when William Eckegren came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 31 minute. Comallo's Ramiro Mannuel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Comallo from getting a goal against them. Basilio Mino hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Isidro Serapio made the kick off in the second half. Isidro Serapio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Florentino Javiero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. William Eckegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ramiro Mannuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Mannuel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Eckegren in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiro Mannuel saved Comallo from getting behind. Florentino Javiero made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Norberto Chesus sent off a good shot on target. Comallo's Aldo Feliu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Florentino Javiero but with some difficulty. In the 80th minute William Eckegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Mannuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Mannuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Eckegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Comallo's Ramiro Mannuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Eckegren in the 83rd minute of play. Ramiro Mannuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Abaurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Cosme Abaurre made a precise shot to the right of Ramiro Mannuel. Comallo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 92nd minute William Eckegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Mannuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Zavalía were the better team. Zavalía's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
