Rigoberto Pirmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Firman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saul Odilon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Pirmin made a huge save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Bowen:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ferré:s goal. Ramiro Oinaz shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 21st minute Blas Blasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgardo Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Blasco in the 25th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Blas Blasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Marino was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafin Chan was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th minute Serafin Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Blas Blasco came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Ferré fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Blasco couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafin Chan in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgardo Marino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edgardo Marino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Chan in the 69th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Bowen's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Chan came free, but Edgardo Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saul Odilon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bowen's Edgardo Marino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Bowen from getting a goal against them.
