Spectators: 6629 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1629, VIP seats: 0) Aureliano Che started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Marucho's zone, Placido Ferrer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Eguerdi came out of the goal and Placido Ferrer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Placido Ferrer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malvinas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Ferrer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Eguerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aureliano Che sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Conrado Sandaili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 9 played minutes Malvinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Maria. Alvaro Salvatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Che, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Malvinas FC's Alvaro Salvatore got control of the ball when Conrado Sandaili tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Malvinas FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Apolo Salvatore hit a great ball. Alvaro Salvatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Che, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leopoldo Astudillo during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Aureliano Che got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 24 minutes into the game, Marco Edorta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marucho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malvinas FC the free kick. In the 25th minute, Marco Edorta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiliano Eguerdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Ferrer in the 27th minute of the match. After 29 minutes, Amancio Maria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malvinas FC and the Marucho players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Malvinas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Maria to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Salvatore hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Marucho's Sixto Gaitano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Malvinas FC. In the 35th minute, Placido Ferrer made a precise shot to the right of Emiliano Eguerdi. Marucho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Placido Ferrer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rolando Ignazio to make the kick off. When Conrado Sandaili came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Marucho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Sandaili couldn't finish the play. Rolando Ignazio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Emiliano Eguerdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Marucho booed when Malvinas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Ferrer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermegildo Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Alvaro Salvatore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Che in the 76th minute of the match. Placido Ferrer struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Emiliano Eguerdi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malvinas FC. Placido Ferrer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Aureliano Che managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marucho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliano Che was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 90 played minutes Malvinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Salvatore. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
