In the 7th minute, Maruchas's Santos Bembe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 10th minute, Conrado Egoitz made a precise shot to the right of Aldo Corderro. Jagüé's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Lain in the 13th minute of play forced Maruchas's goalkeeper Angelo Arpaia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Arpaia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Noe in the 18th minute of play. Hilario Chepe kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Jagüé got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Jesco. Santos Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Conrado Egoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Egoitz in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldo Corderro saved Jagüé from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Jagüé's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Egoitz came free, but Aldo Corderro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Jagüé's Aldo Corderro got control of the ball when Cosme Chayo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Conrado Egoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urbano Noe was the one to do the kick off. After 57 played minutes, Maruchas's Woodrow Chappelle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aldo Corderro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maruchas reached it. Aldo Corderro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Chayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 62 minutes on the clock, German Sagrario commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 61 minutes into the game, one of Jagüé:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for Maruchas. Conrado Egoitz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aldo Corderro. 4-0. Cosme Chayo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Corderro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Casimiro Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Corderro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Ibañez went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Egoitz in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldo Corderro saved Jagüé from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, Conrado Egoitz notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Jagüé's Aldo Corderro. Aldo Corderro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maruchas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
