Spectators: 5663 (Terracing: 4005, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 4) The supporters of Aguirre booed when BOCA JUNIOR CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Jakes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Perutxo in the 3rd minute of play forced BOCA JUNIOR CLUB's goalkeeper Omar Bizi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aguirre's zone, Victorino Clementi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silverio Gipuzkoa came out of the goal and Victorino Clementi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciriaco Jakes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Aguirre getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Constantino Niva hit a great ball. Ciriaco Jakes had several of the Aguirre's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 13 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Silverio Gipuzkoa as he didn't even see the shot coming. Victorino Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Gipuzkoa having to interfere. Silverio Gipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 24th match minute, Aguirre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermengildo Mark to maneuver through the defense. Silverio Gipuzkoa made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ciriaco Jakes sent off a good shot on target. Victorino Clementi struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Silverio Gipuzkoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BOCA JUNIOR CLUB. 34 minutes into the match, BOCA JUNIOR CLUB's Victorino Clementi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silverio Gipuzkoa narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciriaco Jakes to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Aguirre got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Patxi. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aguirre's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ciriaco Jakes was slow to take the kick. During this time BOCA JUNIOR CLUB's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Perutxo got free with Omar Bizi in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Omar Milian scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silverio Gipuzkoa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Jakes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Silverio Gipuzkoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silverio Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Milian in the 69th minute of play. BOCA JUNIOR CLUB's Ciriaco Jakes got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victorino Clementi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Silverio Gipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciriaco Jakes in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silverio Gipuzkoa saved Aguirre from getting behind. After some careless play in the Aguirre defense, Omar Milian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silverio Gipuzkoa. The Aguirre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Gipuzkoa should have stopped the shot. A collision led to BOCA JUNIOR CLUB getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Donato Tercero hit a great ball. Donato Tercero kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BOCA JUNIOR CLUB fully deserved thier win.
