After 9 minutes, Cleto Oinaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bragado and the Apotemia F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Apotemia F.C. booed when Bragado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Oinaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Santiago Montrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bragado's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Montrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albino Odol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vladimiro Weterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romulo Quintin was the one to do the kick off. The goalkeeper, Albino Odol, was totally fooled by Bragado's Anastasio Endira, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 70 minutes into the match, Romulo Quintin notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Bragado's Hernan Lluques. Hernan Lluques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Apotemia F.C.'s zone, Santiago Montrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Odol came out of the goal and Santiago Montrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Apotemia F.C.'s Gavino Noe seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gavino Noe the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Apotemia F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gavino Noe had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Apotemia F.C.! Natalio Celino in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Albino Odol, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 85th minute, Pekin Mertkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Santiago Montrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Odol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Odol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Celino in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute of the match, Natalio Celino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Albino Odol was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 93 minutes into the game, Natalio Celino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Santiago Montrell was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 100th minute. Bragado's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Natalio Celino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 101st minute of the match, but Albino Odol made a huge save.
