Albino Odol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Argi, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Fernando Argi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albino Odol was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Puelo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Weterio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Flavio Libertad came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Apotemia F.C.'s Vladimiro Weterio. But to his dismay, Vladimiro Weterio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 99th minute Fernando Argi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Odol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Puelo had won after a very even match.
