The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.F.A's goalkeeper Ciro Florinio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 10 played minutes Rincón FC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Ospetsu. Cristian Beat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rincón FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Camilo Steven hit a great ball. Ciro Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Quentin in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Rincón FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Delmar Llorenc hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvador Ospetsu during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 31 minutes into the match, Rincón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Beat came free, but Victoriano Eneto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.F.A's Ciro Florinio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Ospetsu in the 33rd minute of play. Emanuel Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Victoriano Eneto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Beat, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Beat to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Salvador Ospetsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rincón FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Victoriano Ostots kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Fonso in the 67th minute of play forced A.F.A's goalkeeper Ciro Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
