After 10 minutes of play, Nelsond FC's Godofredo Fernandes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodoro Brion was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Serafin Ostadar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 minutes, Primitivo Theobald mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nelsond FC and the Dragon Ball Z players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Nelsond FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Theobald to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Brion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nelsond FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Reynaldo Poz scored to the left of an out of position Erasmo Abadie, making the score, 1-1. In the 41st minute, Maximiliano Martxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelsond FC's Erasmo Abadie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Poz in the 43rd minute of play. Serafin Ostadar struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Erasmo Abadie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dragon Ball Z. When Vicente Valiente fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nelsond FC's protests and gave Vicente Valiente a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Vicente Valiente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Nelsond FC's zone, Reynaldo Poz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Abadie came out of the goal and Reynaldo Poz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godofredo Fernandes was the one to do the kick off. Reynaldo Poz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Dragon Ball Z's Reynaldo Poz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erasmo Abadie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 57 played minutes, Dragon Ball Z's Lino Acevedo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erasmo Abadie came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dragon Ball Z reached it. 60 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Poz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Erasmo Abadie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reynaldo Poz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Nelsond FC's zone, Serafin Ostadar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Abadie came out of the goal and Serafin Ostadar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Dragon Ball Z's Reynaldo Poz fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Poz in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Abadie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Reynaldo Poz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafin Ostadar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Erasmo Abadie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Gabrio hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Godofredo Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Poz in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Abadie saved Nelsond FC from getting behind. When Paulo Gabrio came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Dragon Ball Z fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Gabrio couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Dragon Ball Z were the better team. Dragon Ball Z's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
