An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Mirande in the 5th minute of play forced RIV-PLATECH's goalkeeper Rosendo Enaut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Haitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. RIV-PLATECH's Rosendo Enaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Haitz in the 16th minute of play. Florentino Garaona received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mario Feo came out and tried to block the shot, but Florentino Garaona slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Rosendo Enaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Haitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Enaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Haitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Florentino Garaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marado F.C.'s Julian Haitz got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the RIV-PLATECH defense, Julian Haitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rosendo Enaut. The RIV-PLATECH fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rosendo Enaut should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by RIV-PLATECH's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonardo Brais was slow to take the kick. During this time Marado F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Romulo Danel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Mario Feo made a huge save. After the first half Marado F.C. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aureliano Mirande stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Marado F.C. defense, Florentino Garaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mario Feo. The Marado F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mario Feo should have stopped the shot. In the 56th match minute, RIV-PLATECH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Teyo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Marado F.C. booed when RIV-PLATECH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Hulberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florentino Garaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Mario Feo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Florentino Garaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Florentino Garaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of RIV-PLATECH booed when Marado F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Lizbeth didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Romulo Danel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mario Feo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. When Florentino Garaona came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the RIV-PLATECH fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Garaona couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Romulo Danel managed to get in a good position for a shot. RIV-PLATECH's supporters rose to their feet, but Romulo Danel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Feo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Florentino Garaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marado F.C.'s Julian Haitz got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. RIV-PLATECH's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
