Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aldo Sagrario made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd match minute, Arequito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Fix to maneuver through the defense. Sergio Lauren was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Higuera's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 19 minutes, Desiderio Cesario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Higuera and the Arequito players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Higuera got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Cesario. In the 23rdth minute of the game Abelardo Rumaldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Higuera's Ramon Macias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Arequito's Abelardo Rumaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramon Macias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 29th minute of the match Honorio Federigo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Eneas skillfully saved the ball. After 30 played minutes Arequito got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Vermudo. After having played for 40 minutes, Abelardo Rumaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arequito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abelardo Rumaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Desiderio Cesario got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Higuera getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Desiderio Cesario hit a great ball. In the 48th minute of the match Silvestre Napier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramon Macias skillfully saved the ball. After the first half Arequito were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rodolfo Bernad kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Aldo Sagrario notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Higuera's Ramon Macias. Ramon Macias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Higuera's Ramon Macias got control of the ball when Aldo Sagrario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arequito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Higuera the free kick. In the 76th match minute, Arequito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Fix to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Txatxu in the 78th minute of play forced Arequito's goalkeeper Celso Eneas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Arequito booed when Higuera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Txema didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramon Macias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Rumaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
