Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Mikelats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berkem İpekçi having to interfere. With a little luck, Chacho's Alonzo Tomi got control of the ball when Fernan Bonifaco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dario Abella scored 1-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alonzo Tomi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the game, Fausto Quilo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chacho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 2 de septiembre ASR the free kick. Alonzo Tomi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cipriano Frascuelo. Nicolas Cristofol in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alonzo Tomi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernan Bonifaco made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Cristofol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alonzo Tomi was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Octavio Cutberto during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes Chacho got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Cutberto. Cipriano Frascuelo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alonzo Tomi. Chacho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 57th minute, Fausto Quilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fulgencio Oihan kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Cristofol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alonzo Tomi was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Cristofol in the 74th minute of play forced Chacho's goalkeeper Alonzo Tomi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Nicolas Cristofol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alonzo Tomi. Chacho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Cristofol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Cristofol in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alonzo Tomi saved Chacho from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernan Bonifaco in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alonzo Tomi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88thth minute of the game Nicolas Cristofol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacho's Alonzo Tomi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alonzo Tomi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Cristofol's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. In the 90th match minute, Chacho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Benitez to maneuver through the defense. 2 de septiembre ASR were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Chacho's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cipriano Frascuelo took the corner. 2 de septiembre ASR's Cipriano Frascuelo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alonzo Tomi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 97th minute Nicolas Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Tomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. 2 de septiembre ASR fully deserved thier win.
