Gualterio Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Stephen in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute Francisco Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Cesaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xeneize F.C.'s Gualterio Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Stephen in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Francisco Suarez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelino Cesaro. Kansas City Chiefs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Suarez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Gonzalo Artal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Fernanco struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Marcelino Cesaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xeneize F.C.. 23 minutes into the game, Xeneize F.C.'s Gonzalo Artal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelino Cesaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Francisco Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Marcelino Cesaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kansas City Chiefs's Aureliano Stephen got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gonzalo Artal might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelino Cesaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gonzalo Artal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35thth minute of the game Maximo Lando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kansas City Chiefs's Marcelino Cesaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Xeneize F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Anier Fernanco hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gonzalo Artal to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kansas City Chiefs's goalkeeper Marcelino Cesaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evaristo Bartuelo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Francisco Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Cesaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Kansas City Chiefs got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Bartuelo. If Gonzalo Artal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelino Cesaro stood somewhat misplaced when Gonzalo Artal came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 74 minute. Gonzalo Artal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Cesaro having to interfere. Gonzalo Artal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelino Cesaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. With his leg Marcelino Cesaro managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Xeneize F.C.'s Gonzalo Artal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gonzalo Artal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kansas City Chiefs's Aureliano Stephen got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Xeneize F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kansas City Chiefs.
