Dolores's Emílio Alves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Dolores from getting a goal against them. After 36 minutes, Felix Ariando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xeneize F.C. and the Dolores players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dolores's Fulgencio Boniel got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arturo Bakar hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
