In the 24th minute, Alejo Gorbea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Justo Ralondo hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Octavio Maureo came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by TAUREN F.C's Leo Quintin. But to his dismay, Leo Quintin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some careless play in the Carpintería AFC defense, Alejo Gorbea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Octavio Maureo. The Carpintería AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octavio Maureo should have stopped the shot. The Carpintería AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TAUREN F.C were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alejo Gorbea to strike the kick off in the second half. Carpintería AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Vito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.
