The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gavino Inautzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Gavino Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adolfo Etxepare in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Mazuste saved Somellera from getting behind. 2-1 became the score in the 89th minute when Ruben Onofre elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Adolfo Etxepare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Eriberto Mazuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Somellera's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
