In the 3rdth minute of the game Adolfo Etxepare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FCB's Abel Vasco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 4 played minutes FCB got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Abalos. Conrado Oihenarte hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Berriotxoa in the 6th minute of play forced Bicho de la City's goalkeeper Ivan Emeterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Emiliano Gilen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Emeterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Gilen in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Emeterio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adolfo Etxepare received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abel Vasco came out and tried to block the shot, but Adolfo Etxepare slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Berriotxoa in the 18th minute of play forced Bicho de la City's goalkeeper Ivan Emeterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Donato Firmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Etxepare in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The audience was convinced that Adolfo Etxepare's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Vasco was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 37 played minutes FCB got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Manex. Abel Vasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Frasco in the 38th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Armando Berriotxoa notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Bicho de la City's Ivan Emeterio. Ivan Emeterio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Bicho de la City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FCB were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Adolfo Etxepare made the kick off in the second half. Abel Vasco came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Bicho de la City's Adolfo Etxepare. But to his dismay, Adolfo Etxepare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Ivan Emeterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Berriotxoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The audience was convinced that Adolfo Etxepare's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Vasco was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Adolfo Etxepare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Emiliano Gilen lined in a short shot 2-3 behind a frustrated Ivan Emeterio. After 69 minutes, Adolfo Etxepare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bicho de la City and the FCB players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FCB booed when Bicho de la City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Etxepare didn't get a good kick on the ball.
