Gogo Birjaio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nemesio Abadia hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Sublime Athlètic Club got a freekick which was hit by Rene Mambru. Godfredo Pacorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justino Egoi in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cezar Cobzeanu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Charrua defense, Justino Egoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cezar Cobzeanu. The Charrua fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cezar Cobzeanu should have stopped the shot. In the 30th match minute, Charrua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Berenguer to maneuver through the defense. Sublime Athlètic Club's Nunez Diaz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 31st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cezar Cobzeanu but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Mambru in the 31st minute of play forced Charrua's goalkeeper Cezar Cobzeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sublime Athlètic Club's Gogo Birjaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Jokin in the 33rd minute of play. Gogo Birjaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Mambru in the 45th minute of play forced Charrua's goalkeeper Cezar Cobzeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Leonardo Katia hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Cezar Cobzeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Mambru, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Cezar Cobzeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Egoi in the 60th minute of the match. Tadeo Justin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Cezar Cobzeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Diaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Estebano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cezar Cobzeanu came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Sublime Athlètic Club's Rene Mambru. But to his dismay, Rene Mambru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Rene Mambru scored 4-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cezar Cobzeanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Mambru in the 82nd minute of play forced Charrua's goalkeeper Cezar Cobzeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godfredo Pacorro might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gogo Birjaio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godfredo Pacorro ran back to his position shaking his head. Gogo Birjaio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freddy Jokin in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Freddy Jokin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Birjaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sublime Athlètic Club had won after a very even match.
