Carlos Jurdan came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by ★★★★Pueyrredon A.F.C ★★★★'s Prospero Libertad. But to his dismay, Prospero Libertad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Goldney AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Libertad came free, but Carlos Jurdan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hipolito Sendoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Argi in the 9th minute of play. Carlos Jurdan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prospero Libertad's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Arnoldo Corderro might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Jurdan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnoldo Corderro ran back to his position shaking his head. Hipolito Sendoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Argi in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Goldney AFC booed when ★★★★Pueyrredon A.F.C ★★★★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Tercero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, Wilfredo Handi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnoldo Corderro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Jurdan having to interfere. Hipolito Sendoa made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Raul Cordairo sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to ★★★★Pueyrredon A.F.C ★★★★ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Sixto Tercero hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prospero Libertad to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Prospero Libertad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Jurdan. Goldney AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prospero Libertad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 63rd minute, Arnoldo Corderro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A hard shot 63 in the game by Prospero Libertad from a close distance when the talented Carlos Jurdan managed to make a qualified save. Goldney AFC's players were relieved. In the 67th minute Arnoldo Corderro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Jurdan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celestino Cresenciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Cordairo struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Hipolito Sendoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goldney AFC. Prospero Libertad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Carlos Jurdan made a huge save. Prospero Libertad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Carlos Jurdan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, ★★★★Pueyrredon A.F.C ★★★★'s Carlos Jurdan threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Prospero Libertad, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Prospero Libertad struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Carlos Jurdan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ★★★★Pueyrredon A.F.C ★★★★. When the final whistle sounded ★★★★Pueyrredon A.F.C ★★★★ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Goldney AFC.
