The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Oskitz got free with Guido Vedillo in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Leubuco FC defense, Serafino Seguinus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guido Vedillo. The Leubuco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guido Vedillo should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Edgardo Txeru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guido Vedillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 18th minute, Flavio Lucero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Vedillo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Serafino Seguinus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. Guido Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Oskitz in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Felix Gitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Leubuco FC's Guido Vedillo got control of the ball when Serafino Seguinus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgardo Txeru to strike the kick off in the second half.
