Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Angel Sesuldo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Riquelme Futbol Club's Maximino Procopio. But to his dismay, Maximino Procopio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horacio Filipo during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Riquelme Futbol Club booed when INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Filipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximino Procopio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Angel Sesuldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gregorio Jobo struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Angel Sesuldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riquelme Futbol Club. After some careless play in the INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA defense, Maximino Procopio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Sesuldo. The INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Sesuldo should have stopped the shot. Wilfredo Leheren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximino Procopio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Angel Sesuldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Maximino Procopio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's Angel Sesuldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Procopio came free, but Angel Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 played minutes INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Filipo. After 40 minutes, Siro Sayvion mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riquelme Futbol Club and the INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Riquelme Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Siro Sayvion. 41 minutes in the game, Roberto Johans dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 46 minutes, Maximino Procopio made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's Angel Sesuldo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 53rd minute Maximino Procopio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Sesuldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Procopio in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Angel Sesuldo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's Angel Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Procopio in the 57th minute of play. Wilfredo Leheren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gregorio Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Angel Sesuldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximino Procopio in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Sesuldo saved INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA from getting behind. After a rather tough play, INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's Horacio Filipo got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 66 minutes of play, Riquelme Futbol Club's Siro Sayvion made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angel Sesuldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's Angel Sesuldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute of the match, Maximino Procopio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Angel Sesuldo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 73 minutes into the match, Siro Sayvion had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angel Sesuldo. INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Siro Sayvion was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Saverio Afonso hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Procopio came free, but Angel Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Balesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Johans in the 84th minute of the match. Gregorio Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Angel Sesuldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Roberto Johans hit a great ball. David Balesio came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's Horacio Filipo. But to his dismay, Horacio Filipo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Riquelme Futbol Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
