Everardo Urre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Benito Charro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Sergio Birila successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Belgrano's Benito Charro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Urre in the 21st minute of play. Godofredo Rufo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Charro having to interfere. The supporters of Belgrano booed when A.C Vikingo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Corderall didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Rufo came free, but Benito Charro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateo Burni's late challenge caught a A.C Vikingo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Burni helped the player get up and apologised. Mateo Burni kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When A.C Vikingo's Godofredo Rufo in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgrano's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th minute Godofredo Rufo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Charro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Everardo Urre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Benito Charro made a huge save. Benito Charro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godofredo Rufo's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. A hard shot 57 in the game by Godofredo Rufo from a close distance when the talented Benito Charro managed to make a qualified save. Belgrano's players were relieved. Jairo Montxo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Victor Ereinotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belgrano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Ereinotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urbano Artizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Birila having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Horacio Eudoxio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belgrano's Benito Charro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute Godofredo Rufo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Charro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Elija in the 78th minute of play forced A.C Vikingo's goalkeeper Sergio Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Urre struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Benito Charro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C Vikingo. Benito Charro was a little too slow when Godofredo Rufo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 1-1. With a little luck, Belgrano's Benito Charro got control of the ball when Everardo Urre tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Artizar to maneuver through the defense. Benito Charro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Rufo in the 95th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
