Argentina's Federico Ursino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Argentina from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the game, Jaime Atauri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Argentina the free kick. The supporters of Argentina booed when Juventus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Argentina's Federico Ursino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Cresconio in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Cresconio got free with Federico Ursino in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leandro Nisio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mauricio Umea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juventus's Ciro Taurino suffered a sore thigh after 27 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Prudencio Liberto charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prudencio Liberto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Argentina getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Prudencio Liberto hit a great ball. Federico Ursino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Atauri in the 30th minute of the match. Prudencio Liberto struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Mauricio Umea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argentina. 35 minutes into the match, Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Mendez came free, but Federico Ursino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Argentina's Federico Ursino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Argentina from getting a goal against them. Prudencio Liberto hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Ladislao Frances dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Federico Ursino, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Federico Ursino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Frances in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Genaro Piarres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Ursino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Ursino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Frances, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Argentina booed when Juventus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Heriberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Cresconio made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Argentina's Saul Azibar. After 80 played minutes Argentina got a freekick which was hit by Saul Azibar. Placido Cresconio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Ladislao Frances cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Federico Ursino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute Genaro Piarres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Ursino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Juventus's Genaro Piarres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federico Ursino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Juventus walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
