When Telo Sarro came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Pura Quimica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Telo Sarro couldn't finish the play. 8 minutes into the match, Pura Quimica's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Rico came free, but Teo Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 played minutes Pura Quimica got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Rius. In the 10th minute of the match Orlando Celio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teo Vergaray showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Herminio Seme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Fernandez having to interfere. Primitivo Gora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Seme in the 16th minute of play forced Chorrillos's goalkeeper Maximo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chorrillos's goalkeeper Maximo Fernandez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Telo Sarro managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 30thth minute of the game Herminio Seme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chorrillos's Maximo Fernandez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herminio Seme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Fernandez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Chorrillos's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Seme came free, but Maximo Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Seme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes Chorrillos got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Oier. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herminio Seme in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximo Fernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th match minute, Chorrillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Ponc to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santos Rico was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Chorrillos's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Seme came free, but Maximo Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Herminio Seme in the 54th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Maximo Fernandez kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The throw-in from Fermin Dalmau in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pura Quimica's Clemente Larra. The audience was convinced that Herminio Seme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Fernandez was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. The Pura Quimica fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Pura Quimica's Herminio Seme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pura Quimica's goalkeeper Teo Vergaray, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pura Quimica played a much better game than Chorrillos and deserved their victory. The Chorrillos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
