Ariel Cefero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Prospero Etxekopar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Gaitano in the 19th minute of play. Prospero Etxekopar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 20th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Tegua FC's Prospero Etxekopar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Gaitano in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Tavio in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carolo Gomesano saved Earendil from getting behind. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Earendil's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leandro Nafarroa was slow to take the kick. During this time Tegua FC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Gaitano in the 31st minute of play forced Tegua FC's goalkeeper Prospero Etxekopar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Earendil got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Bernebe. 39 minutes into the match, Earendil's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Nafarroa came free, but Carolo Gomesano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes, Gualterio Gaitano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Earendil and the Tegua FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Gualterio Gaitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Ariel Cefero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prospero Etxekopar was relentless in the 87th minute of the game.
