Spectators: 6873 (Terracing: 5373, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Warner Binzegger kicked off to start the match. Teobaldo Eusko kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes Velvedere FC got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Piearres. 11 minutes into the match, Velvedere FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Luar came free, but Gualter Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Nicolas Luar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gualter Senna. The goal made the score 2-0. The supporters of Velvedere FC booed when Garza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Artaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute of the match Valentin Piearres sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonas Oihan skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute Angelo Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Oihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norberto Eguntsenti was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 30 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, one of Garza FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Garza FC. The referee gave Velvedere FC a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Valentin Piearres, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Garza FC's Jonas Oihan. 2-2. After 35 minutes of play, Velvedere FC's Angelo Araoz made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Oihan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonas Oihan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dylan Mansell went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Velvedere FC's Gualter Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Luar in the 44th minute of play. Dylan Mansell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jonas Oihan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Garza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dylan Mansell came free, but Jonas Oihan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Velvedere FC were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jonas Oihan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dylan Mansell in the 63rd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Dylan Mansell recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonas Oihan. Dylan Mansell showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. 72 minutes into the match, Garza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dylan Mansell came free, but Jonas Oihan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Garza FC got a freekick which was hit by Victor Moise. Velvedere FC made a substitution. Virgilio Urbasa replaced Angelo Araoz. A collision led to Garza FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Victor Moise hit a great ball. Dylan Mansell hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Hernan Artaldo's late challenge caught a Velvedere FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernan Artaldo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Velvedere FC booed when Garza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Artaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Garza FC's goalkeeper Jonas Oihan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Urbasa. Jonas Oihan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerardo Santio in the 86th minute. After 86 played minutes Garza FC got a freekick which was hit by Warner Binzegger. The crowd rose to their feet as Velvedere FC's Dylan Mansell slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonas Oihan. That made the score 2-7 after 89 minutes of play.
