An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Martino in the 7th minute of play forced Arroyito AFC's goalkeeper Gilberto Librado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Anselmo Iacovone recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilberto Librado. Anselmo Iacovone showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 13 minutes into the match, Bernabe Toro notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Boston City's Lucio Estebano. Lucio Estebano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Iacovone in the 18th minute of play forced Arroyito AFC's goalkeeper Gilberto Librado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Estebano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Bernad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Arroyito AFC booed when Boston City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Salamon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boston City's Lucio Estebano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Gomesano in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Wieslaw Prusinowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Librado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambrosio Martino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Librado having to make a save. Gilberto Librado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wieslaw Prusinowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 36 minute of play. Ambrosio Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the game, Omar Erramu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arroyito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boston City the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, Arroyito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Erramu to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Estebano was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Gogo Aznaro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gogo Aznaro really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. In the 59th minute Omar Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Estebano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boston City's Lucio Estebano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Boston City from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Boston City's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Gomesano came free, but Lucio Estebano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernabe Toro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Lucio Estebano made a huge save. Edgard Gomesano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Lucio Estebano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Boston City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Arroyito AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Arroyito AFC.
