In the 18th minute Jonathan Txordon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Internacional FC's Severino Ulizes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Txordon in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Claus in the 21st minute of play forced Hurlingham F.C.'s goalkeeper Aquilino Ekhi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Internacional FC's Severino Ulizes got control of the ball when Reynaldo Enaut tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Hugo Neto fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Internacional FC's protests and gave Hugo Neto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Internacional FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Hugo Neto hit a great ball. Apolo Cordarin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severino Ulizes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jonathan Txordon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Severino Ulizes. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Reynaldo Enaut charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Enaut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th minute, Reynaldo Enaut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Ulizes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Enaut in the 39th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Txordon was the one to do the kick off. Reynaldo Enaut might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severino Ulizes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynaldo Enaut ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 52nd minute, Reynaldo Enaut ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Ulizes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 57 minutes into the game, Angelo Ixidor threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hurlingham F.C.'s Çağan Aguado quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 60 minutes into the match, Internacional FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Enaut came free, but Severino Ulizes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Guillelmus struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Aquilino Ekhi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Çağan Aguado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Ulizes was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Jonathan Txordon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Ulizes having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Hurlingham F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Bertran. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Claus got free with Aquilino Ekhi in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the match, Internacional FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Txordon came free, but Severino Ulizes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
