Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnulfo Llorian came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Romulo Illart could save by the left post. Romulo Illart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Mikolas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Enzo Silviano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Berdaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Frisco in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Conchitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Reno came free, but Romeo Berdaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melchor Nevada kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Enzo Silviano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Raul Reno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romeo Berdaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Reno in the 32nd minute of play. When Racing Club's Inocencio Frisco in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Conchitas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Romulo Illart made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnulfo Llorian in the 43rd minute. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Anier Matia got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Romeo Berdaitz made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Raul Reno sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Racing Club's Anacleto Salvator slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Romeo Berdaitz. That made the score 0-1 after 53 minutes of play. In the 57th minute Cleto Mikolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Illart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anier Matia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Berdaitz having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Conchitas FC's zone, Raul Reno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeo Berdaitz came out of the goal and Raul Reno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inocencio Frisco in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Romeo Berdaitz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Raul Reno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Romeo Berdaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Enzo Silviano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Silviano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Reno was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. Racing Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Racing Club's Inocencio Frisco got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raul Reno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Berdaitz having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Conchitas FC's goalkeeper Romeo Berdaitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Frisco. Raul Renos short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Romeo Berdaitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 89 minutes into the match, Racing Club's Enzo Silviano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romeo Berdaitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Romeo Berdaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Reno in the 92nd minute. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Enzo Silviano took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Romeo Berdaitz to make any attempt to save it. Flavio Txilar charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flavio Txilar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Flavio Txilar got a free kick in the 96th minute.
