In the 87th minute, Guerrero's Jesus Ciceron seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jesus Ciceron the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Guerrero protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jesus Ciceron had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Teofilo Galsino placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! A collision led to Guerrero getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Angelo Uxio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gastres's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
