After a defensive mix-up in Los Rusticos FC's zone, Enzo Godoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Ursino came out of the goal and Enzo Godoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Desiderio Pereyra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Raul Francis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Pereyra in the 13th minute of play forced Chaparro's goalkeeper Raul Francis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Enzo Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Godoy got free with Paulo Ursino in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute of the match Flavio Osoro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Ursino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Natalio Ugaitz to make the kick off. Paulo Ursino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Ugaitz in the 52nd minute of play. In the 57th minute, Desiderio Pereyra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enzo Godoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Ursino having to interfere. Raul Francis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Pereyra in the 65th minute of the match. Natalio Ugaitz hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Desiderio Pereyra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Rusticos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Desiderio Pereyra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Francis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chaparro's Raul Francis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Pereyra in the 85th minute of play. Isaac Incendio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Raul Francis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chaparro's Natalio Ugaitz in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Los Rusticos FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
