Latero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lepra Sur the free kick. Aluísio Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Astrada blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Orlan having to make a save. Tomas Aznar took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tobias Orlan. Tobias Orlan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Lepra Sur made a substitution. Delmar Txeru replaced Generoso Orlin. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Astrada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Horacio Lehior mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Latero FC and the Lepra Sur players grew even worse after the yellow card. 52 minutes into the game, one of Latero FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Walmyr Teles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aluísio Varela who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Domingo Sabin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aluísio Varela in the 66th minute of play forced Latero FC's goalkeeper Domingo Sabin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aluísio Varela in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingo Sabin saved Latero FC from getting behind. Walmyr Teles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Domingo Sabin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Astrada hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Domingo Sabin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmyr Teles in the 76th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Lepra Sur got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Txeru. Tomas Astrada hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Latero FC's goalkeeper Domingo Sabin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aluísio Varela. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Aluísio Varela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lepra Sur's supporters rose to their feet, but Aluísio Varela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Sabin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Lepra Sur's Walmyr Teles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domingo Sabin. That made the score 1-3 after 97 minutes of play. When the match was over Lepra Sur could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Latero FC throughout the match.
