Tiburcio Gomesano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Cabal FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Gualterio Pacifico hit a great ball. Braulio Barrionuevo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Tiburcio Gomesano made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Polentzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiburcio Gomesano was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Gualterio Pacifico kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Nunez Fidele shot from long distance in the 18th minute, but Tiburcio Gomesano was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Rodolfo Polentzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Gomesano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 23 played minutes Cabal FC got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Pacifico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Polentzi in the 26th minute of play forced Cabal FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rodolfo Polentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Rodolfo Polentzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Braulio Barrionuevo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the game, LoS ChiKoS DeL mAiZ's Braulio Barrionuevo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiburcio Gomesano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cabal FC's Tiburcio Gomesano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Polentzi in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Cabal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Goren to maneuver through the defense. Braulio Barrionuevo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, LoS ChiKoS DeL mAiZ's Raul Bartoleme got a free kick in the 60th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cabal FC's zone, Vladimiro Ebardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Gomesano came out of the goal and Vladimiro Ebardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Palban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Gitano in the 67th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Rodolfo Polentzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. LoS ChiKoS DeL mAiZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Polentzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Gomesano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. LoS ChiKoS DeL mAiZ's Rodolfo Polentzi got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Braulio Barrionuevo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jairo Gitano kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Gualterio Pacifico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Gomesano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Barrionuevo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiburcio Gomesano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Barrionuevo in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes, Rodolfo Polentzi made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cabal FC's Tiburcio Gomesano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tiburcio Gomesano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Polentzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
