Arnaldo Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Arnaldo Txomin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 played minutes Saira FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Lopes. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Aldo Lleir put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Saira FC's Aldo Lleir got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Edgard Kiliz came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Namaste FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Kiliz couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Saira FC's Saul Ebardo got a free kick in the 25th minute. Saira FC's Gonzalo Iruinea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Kiliz in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Namaste FC's Edgard Kiliz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gonzalo Iruinea. Gonzalo Iruinea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelio Ponciano got free with Gonzalo Iruinea in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Namaste FC's zone, Eloy Kelemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Txomin came out of the goal and Eloy Kelemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salvador Endira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Arnaldo Txomin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Salvador Endira made a precise shot to the right of Arnaldo Txomin. Namaste FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cornelio Ponciano made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Namaste FC's zone, Saul Ebardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Txomin came out of the goal and Saul Ebardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute, Salvador Endira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Endira in the 57th minute of play. Salvador Endira struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Arnaldo Txomin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saira FC. After a rather tough play, Namaste FC's Gaspar Kiliz got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Saira FC's Gonzalo Iruinea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Ponciano in the 65th minute of play. If Isaac Eleazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Cornelio Ponciano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th match minute, Namaste FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Kiliz to maneuver through the defense. If Salvador Endira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Astigar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 84th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Isaac Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Txomin having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Salvador Endira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Endira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Namaste FC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Txomin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Despite being the better team, Saira FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
