Concoran's Mauro Ostots played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Koldobika in the 65th minute of play. Bruno Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Fernando Patxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Patxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciriaco Kiliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Concoran's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Koldobika came free, but Mauro Ostots reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Tuste ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 84th minute, Bruno Tuste ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Patxi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Concoran's Bruno Tuste got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. La Resaca fc. were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Concoran's much stronger midfield.
