CARPDGA's Viesturs Tomsons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Orlanda in the 24th minute of play. Viesturs Tomsons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Afonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 25th minute, Raul Hondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Lazcano came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by CARPDGA's Adrian Danel. But to his dismay, Adrian Danel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Zeledon Orlanda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Viesturs Tomsons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute German Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viesturs Tomsons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Paublo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Arsenio Rito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Viesturs Tomsons made a huge save. Viesturs Tomsons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Orlanda in the 65th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, CARPDGA's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Orlanda came free, but Viesturs Tomsons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 75th minute of the match Gregorio Paublo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gregorio Paublo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 78 minutes into the match, CARPDGA's goalkeeper Viesturs Tomsons had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Afonso. In the 80th match minute, CARPDGA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignatios Klanidis to maneuver through the defense. Ignatios Klanidis's late challenge caught a Incubus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignatios Klanidis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Incubus FC booed when CARPDGA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignatios Klanidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Rito took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viesturs Tomsons. Viesturs Tomsons dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Zeledon Orlanda's late challenge caught a CARPDGA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeledon Orlanda helped the player get up and apologised. Zeledon Orlanda hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Federico Janpier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonatan Lazcano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. CARPDGA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
