But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogelio Fagondo couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the match, Paulo Leão notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Berlin Spießkantkeil's Marcelino Eufemio. Marcelino Eufemio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Leão made a kick off. Berlin Spießkantkeil's Marcelino Eufemio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Goizeder in the 51st minute of play. With a little luck, Defensores de Belgrano's Saverio Geofredo got control of the ball when Froilan Ixidor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ubaldo Fix helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th minute, Ubaldo Fix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 minutes, Paulo Leão made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Berlin Spießkantkeil's Marcelino Eufemio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Saverio Geofredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Caitano in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 87thth minute of the game Paulo Leão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berlin Spießkantkeil's Marcelino Eufemio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute, Berlin Spießkantkeil's Froilan Ixidor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saverio Geofredo. Saverio Geofredo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. Berlin Spießkantkeil's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
