Javier Costante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Aristides Perpinya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manantiales AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TIRO FEDERAL the free kick. Aristides Perpinya hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Emiliano Rufio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Manantiales AFC's zone, Gaston Felipillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Costante came out of the goal and Gaston Felipillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Gaston Felipillo came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the TIRO FEDERAL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Felipillo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Manantiales AFC's Luis Ubarna got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Jacobo Oinaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Javier Costante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Edelmiro Firman in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by TIRO FEDERAL's Edgard Quintan. Tomás Jurdan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Javier Costante made a huge save. Javier Costante came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by TIRO FEDERAL's Tomás Jurdan. But to his dismay, Tomás Jurdan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Javier Costante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Felipillo in the 36th minute of play. Javier Costante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Felipillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Edgard Quintan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 minutes of play, TIRO FEDERAL's Gaston Felipillo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Javier Costante was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Javier Costante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Felipillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When TIRO FEDERAL's Gaston Felipillo in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manantiales AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manantiales AFC's goalkeeper Javier Costante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Jaume threw the ball into play from the sideline. TIRO FEDERAL's Aurelio Lop quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jacobo Oinaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Costante having to interfere. Tomás Jurdan struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Javier Costante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TIRO FEDERAL. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manantiales AFC's goalkeeper Javier Costante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, Manantiales AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Jaume to maneuver through the defense. Javier Costante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaston Felipillo's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 86th minute, Gaston Felipillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Javier Costante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Jurdan in the 89th minute of the match. Manantiales AFC's Javier Costante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Felipillo in the 92nd minute of play. Aristides Perpinya hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, TIRO FEDERAL's Tomás Jurdan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Costante narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TIRO FEDERAL fully deserved thier win.
