But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio Montes couldn't finish the play. Chants of gus plate stars echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Herederos de Zenón had held the ball for most of the match.
