Angel Cordario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Rinconada AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Emeterio came free, but Angel Cordario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Barcelona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Baladi came free, but Aquilino Brion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Rinconada AFC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Leonides Furtado hit a great ball. Angel Cordario was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Celedonio Calvino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celedonio Calvino got free with Angel Cordario in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Celedonio Calvino got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Barcelona FC's attack was well implemented in the 24th minute, but when Arnaldo Sá was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Angel Cordario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Emeterio in the 26th minute of the match. Andres Baladi hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Gaston Ayala kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Celedonio Calvino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Angel Cordario when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Barcelona FC's Arnaldo Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Celedonio Calvino came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Barcelona FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Calvino couldn't finish the play. After having played for 42 minutes, Arnaldo Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcelona FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Sá was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celedonio Calvino to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Celedonio Calvino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 55 minutes into the game, Barcelona FC's Celedonio Calvino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angel Cordario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Celedonio Calvino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angel Cordario was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. When Barcelona FC's Arnaldo Sá in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Victorino Txilar kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Angel Cordario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Sá in the 81st minute of play. Celedonio Calvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 minutes, Leonides Furtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rinconada AFC and the Barcelona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 played minutes Rinconada AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Furtado. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Sá in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Cordario saved Rinconada AFC from getting behind. After 96 played minutes Rinconada AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Ayala. Teodoro Emeterio didn't quite understand what happened when in the 98 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barcelona FC had played much better football throughout.
