Paulino Gipuzkoa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Nicolas Tercero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moreno de Lehmann's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Tercero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulino Gipuzkoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Moreno de Lehmann booed when Anquincila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Salvidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Tercero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Paulino Gipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erdinç Ahi couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the match, Anquincila's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Tercero came free, but Paulino Gipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moreno de Lehmann's Lino Cordario managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Geronimo Salvidor in the 35 minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erdinç Ahi was the one to do the kick off. Anquincila's Paulino Gipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Anquincila from getting a goal against them. Nicolas Tercero might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Gipuzkoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Tercero ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erdinç Ahi in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The tension between the Moreno de Lehmann and the Anquincila players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paulino Gipuzkoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Evaristo Bilintx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olaf Pisarcik having to interfere. Moreno de Lehmann's Nicolas Tercero got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Agustin Fonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erdinç Ahi in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulino Gipuzkoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erdinç Ahi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulino Gipuzkoa having to make a save. After 95 played minutes, Moreno de Lehmann's Agustin Fonso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulino Gipuzkoa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Moreno de Lehmann reached it.
